If you are curious about how to interpret, present and potentially perform Shakespeare, this class is for you. Guided by theater director Kathy Keena, with over 30 years of stage directing, Kathy can train you how to read Shakespeare as it was written---to be performed! You'll be amazed to see characters come alive when their personalities and motives are clearly understood. You will also learn to appreciate the lovely poetry that is the hallmark of all Shakespeare verse. All are welcome. If the class continues to run, we plan on offering a production of collected scenes to the public.
Kathy Keena has been directing theater for 36 years. Her book, "The Play's the Thing" explores her methods and philosophies about directing.
