Finding Your Career Direction: Exploring the Path That Fits You
Choosing a career path can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re still discovering your interests or considering a change. Otisha Mars, LMSW will present an interactive workshop that creates space to explore career possibilities without the pressure of having everything figured out.
Participants will be guided through activities and conversations that help them think about their interests, strengths, skills, values, preferred work environments, and career priorities. They’ll also learn how to research potential careers, recognize transferable skills, compare different career options, and identify practical next steps.
The workshop is open to teens exploring life after high school, college and graduate students, recent graduates, and adults considering a new career direction. No matter where you are in your journey, the goal is to leave with greater clarity and a better understanding of how to continue exploring your options.
