An unusually bitter Arctic blast has made its way to downtown Cincinnati. In an act of civil disobedience, a librarian (Emilio Estevez) helps a group of homeless people take refuge at the free public library. It becomes a standoff with police (Alec Baldwin) and a rush-to-judgment media (Gabrielle Union) constantly speculating about what's really happening. 2 hours, 2 minutes
